"The Spiritual Odyssey: Navigating Shadows and Light."

The spiritual journey can be quite a marvelous experience. It's like a geode with a rough and hard exterior and a bright and shiny interior. The moments of darkness come so quickly and sweep you up so intensely. A shadow carries you to realization, a choice you didn't seem to have yet you've declared that you are on a transformative journey. Many assume that their "psychic" gifts will guide them through the dark tunnel. Yet the tunnel is a hallucinogenic cave designed to set you into a trance (similar to the ancient cave art found in Siberia). As you walk deeper and deeper into the tunnel, the art on the walls is intended to put you into an alternate experience. No matter how much you know of spirit and how many forms of divination you have, whether it be manifestation, tarot, or contemplation, the transformative journey can shut off your true connection to those forces at a moment's notice so that one day you can be reborn back into them once again.

The spiritual journey is not a constant connection with the source, even if rationally, you know it to always be there. The spiritual journey is one where shadows can pick you up at any time and carry you through the darkness until you reemerge into the light once more, until you learn to play again.

Always remember that darkness will come no matter how "well" you are doing in life. It will come even if you are being exactly who you are meant to be. Just as fall still comes when the flowers are in bloom.

Nature always holds me in these transitions. When you can't gauge what exactly is happening in your life - or why; nature will be there to hold you in the nowness, in acceptance, peace, and stillness.
